As part of the project construction and operation of the main gas pipeline “Uzbekistan-China”, JV «Asia Trans Gas» intends to bring the organization to provide services for the visualization of construction safety and environmental management at the KC1 objects UKS1, KC3, UKS3, UZRG, UUZRG, as well as modernization of existing visualization tools KS2 and corticosteroids.

- must have extensive experience and proven ability in the field of visualization of construction, as well as counseling skills using their knowledge to the other objects in a wide range of spheres of industry
- must provide evidence of experience in organizing and / or key personnel in the field of construction work on the visualization in the past 5 years (2013-2018gg.)
- it should be certified for the ISM management system or must have the certificate of ISO9001 quality management system

This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this project, which was posted on the website of the IDB August 3, 2014.
The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to finance the project “Improvement of water resources management in Surkhandarya region (Reconstruction Hazarbag-Akkapchigay canal system)”, and intends to use part of these means of financing to pay for the contract on a package number 5 “Implementation of water saving technologies – construction of a drip irrigation system. ”

Hereby, the Agency for the implementation of projects in the field of agriculture and food security invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the bidding on a package of number 5 “Implementation of water saving technologies – the construction of drip irrigation.”

Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding for the member countries with post-qualification of the participant with the lowest estimate, as indicated in the Guide of the Islamic Development Bank for the procurement of goods and works under the IDB financing (in May 2009, as amended in February 2012) which is also available on the website of the IDB: www.isdb.org.

To qualify under this Contract potential bidders must meet the minimum eligibility criteria set out in the Tender documentation. One of the criteria is that the Bidder must have experience of at least one similar contract with a minimum value of 200 000 (two hundred thousand US dollars) which was completed in the period between 1 January 2013 and the deadline for submission of applications.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given in the announcement, from 10.00 to 17.00 hours.

A complete set of bidding documents in Russian and English, interested applicants may receive after filing a written application to the address below.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of the bid in the amount of 10 000 (ten thousand) US dollars or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.

Bids are provided in sealed envelopes sent to the address indicated below before 16:00 hours (Tashkent time) May 28, 2019 with a clear designation of the envelope package number 5 “Implementation of water saving technologies – construction of a drip irrigation system.” Late bids will be rejected.
